    How to measure

Find some old old kids suit, which you know for sure fits well, preferably of similar construction - down filled garment.  Lay it face down on a flat surface. Measure at the locations shown by the red arrows. When measuring, stretch the fabric slightly to get correct numbers.  Then compare your measurements with sizing chart to find the closest size. When between numbers, choose size which is closer to your measurement. But be mindful of your preferred fit, choose larger size for looser fit and smaller for tighter fit. Also, the numbers in the sizing chart are average size numbers and can vary slightly up or down.
